Strategic Development helps move the college forward by connecting planning, data, resources, and storytelling. This work includes Institutional Effectiveness, Grants, the Foundation, and Marketing. We use data to guide decisions, secure funding to expand what is possible, build relationships that support our long-term priorities, and communicate our values clearly and consistently. Our focus is on keeping efforts aligned to real outcomes for students and the community, while ensuring people understand who we are, what we offer, and the impact we are making.

Heidi holds a Bachelor of Education from Dordt University and a Master of Business Administration from Cumberland University.

Heidi is a member of The Crossing Board and the Manitowoc Noon Rotary. She is a first-generation college graduate.
