CLEVELAND, WI —

To help high school juniors and seniors determine whether pursuing an education in culinary arts is a good fit for them, Թ Technical College is offering “Shadow a Chef” sessions beginning in January. Participants will be paired with a culinary arts student who will engage in coursework matching the participant’s interests. Participants will also experience what it’s like to be a student training for a career in the food service industry.

Shadowing sessions will take place in Թ’s state-of-the-art culinary facility located on its Cleveland campus. Sessions will be scheduled during a class that matches each individual participant’s interests, and on a day and time that fits their schedule.

For more information or to arrange a “Shadow a Chef” session, students or parents can contact Թ Culinary Arts Program Coordinator/Instructor Chef Amanda Weber at amanda.weber@lakeshore.edu or 920.693.1645.
