Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programs. Analyze job positions, evaluate salary structures, and help organizations maintain competitive and equitable pay and benefits packages.

Maintain employee records, process personnel information, prepare employment reports, and provide administrative support for human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.

Recruit, screen, interview, and place employees within organizations. May also support employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and other human resources functions.

Design, coordinate, and deliver employee training and professional development programs. Assess organizational learning needs, develop instructional materials, and evaluate training effectiveness to improve workforce performance.
