Kaven brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience across industrial maintenance, electrical systems, HVAC and refrigeration, automation, and mechanical repair. A graduate of �����Թ�’s Electro-Mechanical Maintenance program, Kaven was named Wisconsin’s New Century Workforce Pathway Scholar through Phi Theta Kappa while completing his degree. Kaven brings that combination of industry and student experience into the classroom, emphasizing hands-on learning, troubleshooting, and the practical skills students need to succeed in the field.
