Experience

Leah Hopewell, RPR, CRI, is an instructor in the Court Reporting and Broadcast Captioning Program at �����Թ� and a proud alumna of the program. Before joining the college in 2022, she owned and operated her own court reporting business and worked as a freelance court reporter for 12 years, providing verbatim reporting services in a variety of legal, corporate, and public settings nationwide. Leah holds the Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) and Certified Reporter Instructor (CRI) credentials and is an active member of both the Wisconsin Court Reporters Association and the National Court Reporters Association. Her industry experience and commitment to professional excellence help prepare students for successful careers in court reporting and broadcast captioning.
